Instalment Payment Policy: 11th Global Pranic Healing Convention

1. Payment Options
Registrants may pay in full or in 3 or 6 equal monthly instalments. Instalment plans carry no interest or surcharge. The total paid is the same as the full-payment price.

2. Payment Schedule

  • The first instalment is charged at registration.
  • Each following instalment is charged automatically to the same payment method every 30 days.
  • All balances must be fully paid by [June 30, 2027]. Plans that would run past this date will offer fewer instalments.

3. Early Bird Rate
The Early Bird rate applies to anyone whose first instalment is received by October 6, 2026, 5:59 PM (Manila Time). The rate stays locked as long as the plan remains current.

4. Seat Status

  • A seat is reserved once the first instalment is paid.
  • The ticket is confirmed, and the event pass issued, once payment is complete.

5. Missed Payments

  • If a payment fails, the system will retry, and the registrant will be notified by email.
  • The registrant has [14] days from the due date to settle the missed amount.
  • If it is not settled within that time, the registration is suspended, and the registrant loses the Early Bird rate. The remaining balance is then charged at the prevailing rate.
  • If there is no payment within [30] days of the due date, the registration is cancelled. Amounts already paid are handled under Section 6.

6. Cancellation by Registrant

  • On or before [March 31, 2027]: refund of amounts paid, less a USD [50] administrative fee.
  • After that date: no refund. Amounts paid may instead be transferred to another person (Section 7) or credited toward [a future IISI event within 12 months].

7. Transfers
A registration may be transferred to another person until [July 15, 2027], for a USD [25] fee. The new registrant takes over any remaining instalments.

8. Early Payoff and Upgrades

  • The remaining balance can be paid off at any time.
  • A Regular Seat can be upgraded to Priority, subject to availability, by paying the difference.

9. Currency and Fees
All prices are in USD. Any bank, card, or currency conversion fees charged by the registrant’s own provider are the registrant’s responsibility.

10. Event Cancellation
If the organizers cancel the Convention, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
