Convention Cancellation Policy
To ensure proper planning and fairness to all participants, the following Cancellation Policy applies to all Convention registrations.

1. Registration Cancellation

• Cancellations received 90 days or more before the Convention start date will receive a 90% refund, less any applicable administrative, payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
• Cancellations received 60–89 days before the Convention start date will receive a 75% refund, less any applicable administrative, payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
• Cancellations received 30–59 days before the Convention start date will receive a 50% refund, less any applicable administrative, payment processing, bank, or transaction fees.
• Cancellations received less than 30 days before the Convention start date are non-refundable.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Convention Organizer. The date on which the written cancellation request is received will determine the applicable refund.

2. Transfer of Registration
A registration may be transferred to another eligible participant who satisfies all applicable Convention registration requirements, at no additional charge, provided the request is received at least 30 days before the Convention.
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Convention Organizer.
Any eligibility requirements, supporting documentation, or other registration requirements applicable to the original participant will also apply to the replacement participant.
Once a registration has been transferred, no further transfer or refund will be permitted.

3. No-Shows
Participants who do not attend the Convention without prior written cancellation will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
No refund or credit will be provided for participants who attend only part of the Convention or are unable to participate in individual sessions or activities.

4. Convention Cancellation or Postponement
If the Convention Organizer cancels the Convention and does not reschedule it, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of the Convention registration fee paid.
If the Convention is postponed or rescheduled for reasons other than a Force Majeure Event, participants may choose to:
transfer their registration to the rescheduled Convention; or receive a full refund of the Convention registration fee paid.
The Convention Organizer will not be responsible for airfare, accommodation, visa expenses, travel costs, foreign-exchange losses, or any other incidental or consequential expenses incurred by participants.

5. Force Majeure
The Convention Organizer shall not be held liable for delays, changes, postponement, relocation, or cancellation of the Convention resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, governmental actions or regulations, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or similar events.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Convention Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate alternative arrangements. These may include rescheduling or relocating the Convention, transferring registrations to revised dates, providing registration credits, or issuing refunds, where reasonably possible and appropriate under the circumstances.
Where this section applies, the arrangements under this Force Majeure provision will apply instead of the cancellation or postponement provisions set out in Section 4.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days using the original method of payment, where reasonably possible.
Any applicable administrative fees, payment processing fees, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges, or other transaction costs may be deducted from the refundable amount, except where the Convention Organizer cancels the Convention and a full refund is expressly provided under Section 4.
By registering for the Convention, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
