The spiritual teachings of our Teacher are priceless tools in supporting and steering us through the recent natural calamities, weather disturbances, earth changes, and man made ordeals of violence, injustice, misinformation, war; human conditions that we all have endured physically, emotionally, and mentally.

With the spiritual teachings provided to us by the Teacher as spiritual food,  life can become a more simple, balanced, systematic and stream-lined spiritual evolution. Additionally,  a worldwide like-minded family are ever present to encourage us in the path to spiritual illumination. 

As the Institute for Inner Studies forges another year of service, let us continue and work hand-in-hand in upholding, properly practicing and spreading the spiritual teachings —  a legacy of  Master Choa Kok Sui.

Let us all be aware in our daily lives of Master Choa Kok Sui’s wisdom and teachings;  to help alleviate human sufferings, to make the world a better place, and to guide any individual who is ready to learn.

Happy 35th Anniversary to all the members of the Institute for Inner Studies: the  management, staff, licensed instructors, formally trained students, donors, volunteers and their families. Let us strive to imbibe  the spiritual teachings  in our daily lives.  Let us strive to  be the manifestation of the Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga  ideals as we journey towards our common goal — to become better humans, powerful divine servants of God.
